Korean Style Ribs

Package of Korean style short ribs, the package size is approximately 1 lb.

Flanken-style ribs are cut from the plate. They are cut across the rib bones instead of between them.

Flanken-style ribs are great for marinating and then grilling. 

Meat is sold per package not by weight, all weights are approximate.
All orders are to be picked up at our farm location.
Due to food safety concerns shipping is unavailable. 
All meat is frozen and individually packaged in vacuum-sealed bags.
